{"id":554,"date":"2024-09-07T15:36:53","date_gmt":"2024-09-07T20:36:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebridgerecruitment.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=554"},"modified":"2024-09-07T15:36:53","modified_gmt":"2024-09-07T20:36:53","slug":"compliance-monitoring-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/thebridgerecruitment.com\/en\/jobs\/compliance-monitoring-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Compliance Monitoring Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Implement, and continuously improve the compliance program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement monitoring procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute compliance monitoring tests and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with business units to implement corrective action plans to address identified risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the implementation of these action plans and assess their effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compliance monitoring activities to senior management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Years, Nature of Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in law or accounting, Business Administration or a relevant major.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional Certificate in a relevant field is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Around 5 years of experience with a preference 3 years of experience in a relevant role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in Compliance, Operational Risk and Control functions or a relevant field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the job Core Responsibilities: Qualification &amp;
