Bring your technical expertise to drive efficiency, implement advanced automation solutions, and transform production processes in a dynamic, innovative environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, including robotics, conveyor systems, and other automated equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and program control systems, including PLCs and SCADA systems, to manage and optimize manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement automation strategies to streamline operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct process simulations and tests to validate automation solutions and ensure they meet production requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the maintenance and calibration of automation equipment to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems, coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead projects related to the implementation and upgrade of automation systems, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure successful project execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for automation and process control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all automation systems and processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols related to automation equipment and processes.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering and automation within the automobile manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and control systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation, such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagrams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the job Are you an expert in process optimization and automation?
