{"id":541,"date":"2024-07-20T14:29:27","date_gmt":"2024-07-20T19:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebridgerecruitment.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=541"},"modified":"2024-07-20T14:29:28","modified_gmt":"2024-07-20T19:29:28","slug":"registered-nurse","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/thebridgerecruitment.com\/en\/jobs\/registered-nurse\/","title":{"rendered":"Registered Nurse"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Purpose \/ Objective&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsible to provide safe, effective Nursing care to medically ill pre post-operative patients using professional knowledge and skills as per HMG policies and procedures as well as ensuring that assigned patients are receiving the required multidisciplinary care on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities \/ Accountabilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Receive the assigned patients as per the daily assignments:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply Nursing Care process to assigned patient as per the approved policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop individualized Nursing Care plan reflecting collaboration with other team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor patient status, reporting any deviation \/ abnormal findings to team leader and doctor on duty within time frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out doctor\u2019s order in an accurate and timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide individualized patient \/ family education as per their needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document patient assessment findings, physical responses to the Nursing intervention and status progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the required mandatory unit specific competency as per the approved competency matrix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate sense of flexibility to meet work needs, including pull out, floating as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to JCIA \/ CBAHI standards and HMG policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide clinical supervision and support to the assigned shift whenever assigned as shift in charge (team leader) to ensure that patients are receiving the required care which includes but limited:\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct round at patient\u2019s area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report to nursing supervision any unusual incidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend doctor\u2019s rounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the patient status presentation and endorsement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend the departmental education \/ training activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attends departmental meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform nursing procedure as required in the unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other applicable task and duties assigned by charge nurse \/head Nurse within the realm of his \/ her knowledge, skills and abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education\/ Professional Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Nursing or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 years General Nursing Diploma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum one-year experience in relevant inpatient area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professional Licensing \/ Certification \/ Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>BLS, or relevant certifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid Saudi Council &amp;
