Compliance Monitoring Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement, and continuously improve the compliance program.
• Implement monitoring procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Execute compliance monitoring tests and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance risk.
• Work with business units to implement corrective action plans to address identified risks.
• Monitor the implementation of these action plans and assess their effectiveness.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compliance monitoring activities to senior management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.

Qualification & Years, Nature of Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or accounting, Business Administration or a relevant major.
• Professional Certificate in a relevant field is preferred.
• Around 5 years of experience with a preference 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Prior experience in Compliance, Operational Risk and Control functions or a relevant field.
